Iris Cerny recently retired as a Headteacher. For the last 10 years of her career she specialised in turning round failing primary and junior schools in South East Essex.
How did she do it? What lessons did she learn? And were there times when HR were particularly helpful and supportive?
Iris's talk is likely to be of interest to all those interested in organisational change and to those interested in supporting it and making it effective. It may also be of interest to parents and others interested in why schools get into difficulties and what needs to be done to help them recover.
Note that for obvious reasons Iris will not be identifying the schools or the HR advisers involved in the scenarios and incidents that she describes and discusses.
Networking – 7.00pm to 7.30pm before event.
Refreshments (tea, coffee, water, fruit juice) will be available during the event.
