Turning your business plan into a foundation for growth plan: A seminar for Cinnamon Recognised Projects
Growth and progress require us to get organised! As our projects grow they can become more complicated and our resources more restricted. A good business plan can help us to organise our thoughts, create clear priorities and most essentially explain to others clearly what and how we are going to do it all. This seminar will allow you to creates a framework business plan which you can take home to develop further.
We will look at:
- What is a business plan?
- How do you make a plan work for you and not against you?
- The constituent parts of a business plan for a social action project
- Personal and group working time working on:
- The context of your project
- Your big three goals
- Your big three strategies
- Steps or tactics
- Scheduling your time, money and skill
There will be opportunity to share and discuss your story and hear those of others, providing a great basis for identifying issues and action planning for future growth.
Mark Kitson will lead this session. He holds different business qualifications but most importantly has had practical experience in the corporate, consultancy and charity spaces in helping teams to set clear plans which lead to clear results.
Places are limited to just 12 people so that we can offer what will be a round-table learning environment for participants. This event is ideal for either CEO’s or senior leaders within Cinnamon Recognised Projects.
The event will take place on Tuesday 19th September from 12.00 to 4.00pm at the offices of Stewardship, 1 Lamb's Passage, London. EC1Y 8AB. The cost per place is just £20 and includes a buffet sandwich lunch.
