About this event

Our working lives have changed dramatically during this COVID 19 pandemic, as most of us now work from home. This brings its challenges and is causing many musculoskeletal [MSK] physical ailments.

In this talk Clare will explain how the mind affects our bodies and can lead to musculoskeletal conditions [MSK]. The 4 pillars of health will be discussed: the importance of performing exercise correctly and breathing properly, meditation and connection, eating healthily and sleeping well for our health and wellbeing.

Clare will explain how important fluidity of movement is and how to achieve it, despite the challenges of our sedentary lives.

You will be shown how to stand and sit properly using your core muscles, thus burning calories, improving core strength and prevent future MSK conditions from arising. An exercise regime will be taught and if practised on a daily basis, can help to prevent MSK conditions from developing ,which can be debilitating and lead to time off work. This will help to pro-vide a body workout you can perform throughout your working day.

Maintaining good physical and emotional health is easier than you think.
