This is my regular yoga session on Sunday mornings 10-11am.

We are also hosting a session this Sunday, so why not give yourself an hour of 'me time' every week or come along with your mum and share a session together.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Out of School club has a private car park which is free to use. Turn down the side of the white fish and chip shop to access the car park.

What can I bring into the event?

You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mats however I do have mats, blocks and straps to use. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and some extra layers for the relaxation sessions.
