About Enter Engineering:
We're working closely with colleges and training providers to help them attract and recruit high-quality engineers into teaching and training roles within Further Education. These engineers bring industry experience and a genuine passion for passing on their skills, but many aren’t aware that they’re a strong fit for FE — or don’t know how to make the transition. Through targeted outreach, careful preparation, and real insight into what makes a successful educator, we're helping providers fill critical vacancies with motivated, technically strong individuals who can engage learners and strengthen provision. It’s about more than just recruitment - it’s about building long term talent pipelines and solving the skills gap in a meaningful way.
