Training within our industry has never been more important and one of the services that TV Aerials York provides is access to high quality, cost effective training that is relevant and looks to the digital future.

Technological developments have historically driven the technical training process within the consumer electronics and signal reception industry from the advent of colour television in late 1969 to the completion of the digital switchover programme in 2012. It is clear that technical innovation will continue and that the traditional, historic skills that have been fundamental to work effectively within this industry, whilst still required, need updating as new technology is rolled out.

As new techniques and increased knowledge are required, those that don't keep up to date with training can sink and it is one of the fundamental objectives of the TV Aerials York to enable a learning pathway for members to ensure that they are able to stay afloat!

Welcome to the digital future, the exciting new emerging technologies and the ever-increasing digital infrastructure!
