SLOW-COOKED TURKEY ESCALOPE WRAPPED IN BACON
Filled with sage and onion stuffing. Accompanied by traditional festive trimmings:
pigs-in-blankets, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and rosemary jus
PAN-FRIED SALMON
Fondant potatoes, sun-dried tomato pesto, dill and white wine cream sauce

Filled with lightly spiced roasted winter vegetables and toasted seeds in a fine shortcrust pastry, sage and onion stuffing, rosemary jus
