About this event

Tweens and Teens will explore principles that will equip you to come alongside your child as they try and establish their identity, assert their independence and find their place in the world.

During the event, Robin Vincent and Cathy Madavan combine decades of parenting experience with research-based principles, giving you a framework to make the right choices for your children and family.

You’ll come away with ...

  • A better understanding of what’s going on in their brains
  • Practical ways to stay connected with your child whilst letting them go
  • Strategies to keep your child safe, both in the real world and online
  • Ways to help your child establish their identity and develop independence
  • Increased confidence in how you, and your child, can thrive during this crucial stage in their development
  • Bonus content to watch at home to help you with even more specific issues

What to expect ...
At Care for the Family, we have a dedicated team of people working hard to make sure all our events are high quality, professional and the best they can be.

This event is well-researched, well-presented and passes the 'vibe check' as the kids say!

Most importantly, it will be worth your time.

Our speakers might have fancy titles, know the research and have a breadth of knowledge on the subject, but mainly they're parents and not perfect ones! So, get ready to hear all about their parenting fails as well as their successes.

We can’t promise that this evening will make you the world's best parent, but we can promise to lift you up and encourage you on your parenting journey.
