Brook has over 55 years’ experience supporting young people and provides a range of sex and relationships and health and wellbeing education and support for people. The challenges people face today are numerous, complex and fast moving. Our approach helps people to develop the important life skills, resilience and self-confidence to deal with these challenges. Our approach is underpinned by a holistic Personal and Social Development model, and our own education and wellbeing values. We view education as a lifelong process that anyone, of any age can access and benefit from.

Brook’s direct and practical experience with young people across the UK along with current best practice recommendations indicates that a whole community approach is most effective in providing both the best support, education and service referrals enabling people of any age to live a life that is healthy, meaningful, free from inequality and live in a society that values everyone and their sexuality. We want all people to be supported to develop the self-confidence, skills and understanding they need to enjoy and take responsibility for their sexual lives, sexual health and emotional wellbeing
