This workshop is designed and open to a Surrey Secondary School member of staff and College. You must use a Surrey School/college email address to register for this workshop.

What you will learn from attending:

• Ideas for working effectively with families that show resistance, hostility or disguised compliance
• Gain an understanding on how to recognise and make sense of lack of cooperation and reasons for non-cooperation families
• Understand the impact on the young person
• How to ensure effective multi-agency working from a school's perspective

Failure to cancel your space if you can no longer attend may result in your school/college being withdrawn from future workshops.
