The Photographer > Nino Batista
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1975, Batista was exposed to photography from an early age with his father also being a professional photographer. Throughout the 80′s and 90′s Nino Batista assisted his father in his portraiture work, before becoming a professional himself.
Batista’s path into glamour photography stemmed from his wife, Tara, who worked as a model and by the end of 2011 he was working in glamour full time. Nino has since branched out into automobile photography due to his immense passion for exotic motoring, but is perhaps best known for his glamour shots.
Starting in the summer of 2011, Batista began a Master Class series of instructional courses, teaching glamour photography, lighting, shooting and retouching. The first series of classes were held in his hometown of Houston, eventually branching out to cities like Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Las Vegas, Florida and Canada as well. Now with the help of Train to Create, Batista brings his teaching experience to London and North West Essex.
