TWO-DAY FACILITATING AS COACH COURSE

May 9th and 10th 2019 II 09:00 to 17:00 each day II London, UK

£1450 per attendee + VAT

Our mission at Graydin is to improve the leadership, communication and wellbeing in education, by training teaching staff, senior leaders, students and others in the school community to coach. For nearly a decade, we have been working with schools just like yours to embed a coaching culture and thrive as an open and flexible community.

What is coaching?

If you have found yourself reading this course page, it’s quite likely you already know what coaching is but just in case, we will remind you that it’s a powerful way to help an individual or group improve their own performance. It is a specialised skill set used by educators, Fortune 500 CEOs, medical professionals and more. A coaching approach enriches interactions: from informal conversations to management meetings, academic tutoring to performance reviews.

What makes Graydin special is that we believe that time and age are not barriers to coaching. In fact, we have created tools that can effectively be used within one minute or one hour, when coaching a six-year-old child or a sixty-year-old adult.
