This session is curated to provoke critical thinking addressing the fundamentals of human behavior and connections. As the most evolved of all social beings, people are influenced by the complex, dynamic and interplaying relationship between the Power of Unique and the Power of the Collective. Understanding the contextual (cultural, geographical, regional, social, professional, communal) relevance of these powers, and how they may behave with each other and together as attracting and repelling forces becomes a key force that affects the outcome of human behaviour and reaction.

knowledge sharing platforms and research organisations to add the relatively new layer of ‘humane approach’ in the CRE industry.
