This is you chance to lean Sean-Nós Dance with Arlene McCarroll Dance. Sean-Nós dance, is an old style, traditional form of Irish dancing. It is a very impromptu, rhythmic dance, to lively traditional Irish music.

This workshop is an opportunity to give it a go and learn the basics, or refine your current skills.

This Workshop is suitable for both beginner and intermediate.
