UAL Foundation Diploma Talk and Tour: an opportunity to meet staff and learners
Our one-year UAL Foundation Diploma in Art & Design is a Level 3 qualification designed to help you decide upon your area of specialism and build a strong portfolio of work you can use to pursue higher education or other progression routes.
We currently offer three specialist pathways which, in addition to painting, drawing and mixed media, include the below skills development and material studies:

Fine Art & Film
The course encompasses a wide and exciting range of skills and knowledge. You will learn the fundamental practical and visual skills needed to produce a portfolio of work that will secure you a place at University or support your progression route of choice.

From creative and visual arts, including web design, jewellery design and creative writing, through to languages, digital skills, accounting, maths and English and English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) we offer courses to suit all interests and ambitions.
We have two college sites – one in Camden at Mornington Crescent and the other in Kentish Town with additional opportunities available at local community centres.
We keep our courses as affordable as possible and offer advice on the financial support available to you. Our aim is to ensure that everyone can access education – and reap the benefits that lifelong learning brings.
