Booking is preferred to ensure that there are enough places, and spaces are limited to encourage an intimate and supportive community feeling.

I believe that mindfulness and mental wellbeing should be accessible to everyone. To make this event as inclusive as possible, there is a Pay What You Can option.

If you're able to contribute, your support helps cover venue costs, materials, and allows me to continue offering this gathering. If money is ever tight, please still come- your presence is just as valuable.

Mindfulness Meditation:

In such a busy overwhelming world, practicing mindfulness is essential. Studies suggest that by practicing mindfulness regularly; stress and illnesses such as depression and anxiety can be reduced.

Mindfulness can be defined as
"the awareness that arises from paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally" - Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Mindful techniques alike meditation, somatic yoga and breath-work activate the prefrontal cortex; this part of the brain operates brain connectivity, emotion regulation and attention control. By developing a compassionate and operative connection with this part of the mind we can develop a better sense of clarity, boost focus, creativity, connection and present moment awareness.
