Join fellow alumni for April's Connect event, in collaboration with UCL Life Learning, UCL's home for cutting-edge short courses and CPD.
Daniela Bultoc, Organisational Development Consultant at UCL and professional coach, will talk about how to get the most out of your professional development.
Afterwards, representatives from Faculties across UCL and the Life Learning team will be on hand to discuss your professional development needs and discuss the various short courses on offer.

The session will enable you to get a clearer idea of where you are within your career and consider your next steps. Whether you are at the start of your career, thinking of making a change, or assessing how you keep your skills up to date, the session will provide you with a few tools and coaching techniques to explore and evaluate your skills, motivations and values and how you can apply these to your personal development and career planning.

Daniela Bultoc - Organisational Development Consultant, UCL
Winner of the Times Higher Education Awards and recognised at a UK national level in three consecutive years, Daniela is highly regarded for outstanding support in developing and inspiring researchers to reach their potential.
Currently working as an Organisational Development Consultant at UCL, Daniela contributes to the strategic leadership of Departments and Faculties and builds management competency and capability among staff while also supporting the professional development of UCL researchers.
A qualified trainer, coach and MBTI practitioner, Daniela has extensive experience in Higher Education in setting up research networks, mentoring schemes and one-to-one coaching. She delivers skills workshops at UCL and across other universities in the UK and internationally.
Ticket options - please ensure you are purchasing the correct ticket options (decriptions are listed below each option where relevant). Alumni and student records will be checked prior to UCL Connect events and incorrect purchases will be cancelled and subsquently refunded. We take this course of action as these events are popular and often sell out, so we need to ensure everyone who is eligible has the chance to book and attend.
An official photographer will be present at this event and attendees will automatically be displayed on the online attendee list. Images from the event will be available on request as well as being used in future publicity and hosted on UCL Alumni media channels.
