UCL Connect: Professional Networking Event – Careers in Philanthropy
Wednesday, 17 February 2016
Wellcome Collection, Franks and Steel Rooms
183 Euston NW1 2BE
UCL was established through philanthropy and today donations of time and funds from individuals continue to support academic programmes, scholarships and our world-changing research.
Philanthropic work isn’t just about supporting projects, but principles: to break down barriers; to provide opportunities; to challenge convention; and to solve problems. Careers in this sector are therefore diverse, with a vast international range opportunities that require innovative, risk-taking and committed individuals.
Join fellow alumni for this special UCL Connect event, being held in celebration of UCL’s Philanthropy Month 2016. Attendees will hear from a panel of alumni working in a range of roles, all within the philanthropic sphere. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions/discuss and then catch up with fellow attendees and panellists for further networking over drinks.
