About the UCL Energy Network
Energy is fundamental to human development. In order to make this development sustainable, avoid catastrophic climate change and meet the needs of the global population, we must work to reduce net carbon emissions from the global economy to zero or below in the second half of the century.
Here at UCL we conduct cutting-edge inter-disciplinary research into the transition towards a low carbon economy. The UCL Energy Network is a new initiative launched to bring together this research to help foster collaboration and focus efforts towards strategic goals.
