Description

The UCL History department will be holding a Pre-Applicantion Open Day on Thursday 21st September 2017. The Open Day will give future applicants the chance to meet current students, teaching staff and the admissions tutor.

Programme of the day:

1pm Arrival (UCL Department of Chemistry, Christopher Ingold Building XLG1 Lecture Theatre)

1:15pm Welcome talk – Professor Jason Peacey (Head of Department)

1:30pm Campus tour

2:15pm Studying History at UCL talk – Dr David Sim

2:45pm Student life talk

3:15pm Refreshments

4pm Lecture: ‘Democracy and Totalitarianism from the 1920s to the Present’ by Dr Iain Stewart

4:30pm Finish
