Get ready for a full body work-out!

Worried that you don’t have the strength or flexibility for pole? We will train you until you do!

Pre-requisites

Beginners: None!

Beginners+: If you’re taken the beginners’ lessons before (i.e. not a complete beginner) but not yet confident in going for elementary

Elementary: Completed the beginner classes, and/or able to perform front-hook spins, back-hook spins, fireman spins, pole climb, pole sit, and leg-lifts.

Lower Intermediate: Confident with pole climbs. Able to perform one-handed spins, corkscrew spin, invert from floor.

Upper Intermediate: Confident with aerial invert, butterfly, cupid, outside- and inside-leg hang.

Advanced: Confident with aerial inverts, spinning climbs, hang backs, and extended butterfly. Able to perform a basic shoulder mount.
