*The theme for the UCL Professional Services annual conference is collaborative working and we are using Belbin Team Roles as a means of helping you to identify your behavioural strengths in the workplace. Understanding your own preferred style and those of others, can lead to more effective communication and to successful collaboration and team working. You will receive a personal copy of the feedback report which will not be shared with anyone. Belbin UK will process the data and present a picture of the overall strengths and preferences of the conference delegates collectively.

You will be sent a link to complete an online Belbin Self Perception Questionnaire. When doing so it is important to remember that there are no right or wrong answers, and no particular Team Role is ‘better’ than another. It is about understanding your strengths and using them to best effect. Please bring to the conference a printed copy (preferably in colour) of your Belbin Report.

REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL TO ATTEND
Please bring your UCL ID card for registration on the day.
