UCLPartners has developed a series of Dementia Well Pathway sessions, for our partners across north, central and east London. These workshops will focus on the key pillars identified within the NHS transformation framework. Presented by experts from across health and social care, these sessions will aim to provide attendees with an informative reflection of current practice and innovation within dementia care, as well as challenging us to look at why, how and where we can adapt provision of care.

The masterclass series will be launched in September 2017 during World Alzheimer’s Month, running until March 2018. Sessions will take place on the following dates:


1. Risk and Prevention – 26 September 2017

Who should attend?

Sessions will be open to all health and social care professionals, and will provide a platform for shared learning and networking among peers.

Attendance is by registration only.

For each event, there is a £20 fully refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours of your attendance at the event.
