Welcome to the UGLY. AFRO HAIR Film Screening
About The Film
UGLY. AFRO HAIR is a short near-future drama set in a world where wigs, extensions, and chemical hair treatments are outlawed -leaving only natural hair “permissible.” At its heart is Eden, a Black British woman navigating a mandated recovery group called Natural Hair Anonymous. What begins as mere compliance evolves into a powerful confrontation with truth, identity, and self-worth.
