UHD Birth Preparation Class

This class runs over 2 consecutive weeks, with each session lasting 90 minutes. You are welcome to access this course at any stage in your pregnancy, but we would recommend booking from your third trimester.

Whether you're delivering in hospital or at home, expecting a vaginal delivery, planning for a caesarean or waiting for your induction date there will be plenty of information to help you feel prepared. We will also cover information about newborn care and what to expect in the first days too. There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions throughout.

When booking please choose the date you would like to start your class. You can use the same link provided to join the following week for part 2. Please make sure that you reserve a space using your full name as it appears on your UHD Badgernotes record.

When attending, please join the event displaying your full name as documented on your Badgernotes record. This is so we can document your attendance and make sure you receive your post class information pack. If you join using a different name you will not be admitted to the class, for security purposes.
