UHD: Healthy Pregnancy Online Class

This online class will cover lots of topics about how to have a healthy pregnancy. We will talk about when and how to contact the Midwife if you have any questions or concerns, healthy eating and activity, mental health, pelvic health, vaccinations and more. There will be opportunities throughout to ask any questions you may have, as well as sign posting to lots of useful resources.
