Clinical Years Peer Mentoring is a programme designed to help students transition into clinical life and offers them specific help and guidance.
Students will be given a Peer Mentor who will keep in regular contact, providing advice and giving an insight into clinical life from a higher year student’s perspective.
Peer Mentors will be trained in providing support and can direct students to services within the University of Manchester so they can always find the help and support they need.
To become a Peer Mentor, you must attend a training session provided by the University. Prior to the training, please make sure to read the role description as posted on OneMed Buzz at the link below:
