An inspirational one-day conference for Deaf and hearing leaders from the private, public and third sectors of the UK and internationally.

About this Event

This new Summit aims to create the opportunity to share knowledge, expertise, skills and relationships in order to make positive impacts and inspirations on the development, dynamics and visibility of leadership within your own chosen fields.

Comprising of aspiring, would-be, senior, current and experienced leaders and managers, this Summit is a day event covering major themes including the leadership landscape, building powerful relationships, negotiating and influencing techniques, cross-cultural working, corporate governance and communicating effectively with selective and mainstream audiences.

The development and growth of our next generation of Deaf leaders is essential to ensure DEAF gain is visible, recognised and understood.
