The first-ever UK Games Careers Week (GCW) runs from 26 March to the 2nd April 2021 with online events aimed at reaching millions of parents, learners, teachers and job-seekers.

This 'Town Hall' event is an invite for games sector leaders and staff, educational professionals and anyone that wants to know more about the week to have a say in how it runs and what might be needed in terms of resources to make it as successful and impactful as possible.

This is a pan-industry initiative, developed by Into Games, Grads in Games and the BGI, with support from Ukie, Digital Schoolhouse, NextGen Skills Academy, TIGA and Gamesindustry.biz.

Games Careers Week is designed to tackle two deep-rooted and related problems - workforce diversity and low public recognition of career opportunities in games.

This Town Hall event will:

• Get you excited to take part!
• Provide you with more information on the event
• Help spark ideas for what you might do during the week
• Connect you to others looking to take part
• Give you a say in how it runs
