About this event

Science & Tech • Science

This two-day workshop (5th and 6th November) will bring together leading researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the latest evidence on indoor air quality and its implications for policy in the UK.

Day 1 will focus on drawing together findings from the UKRI Clean Air Programme and new research projects, highlighting lessons learned and opportunities for future collaboration.

Day 2 will turn to policy challenges—such as retrofitting homes, addressing mould, and balancing net zero ambitions with healthy indoor environments—while showcasing how UK research facilities can generate the evidence needed to inform effective policy.

By connecting science with decision-making, the workshop aims to shape the next phase of indoor air research and action.

When registering, you will be prompted to make menu choices for a dinner on 5th November. The menu can be found here: Las Iguanas menu for 5th November – Clean Air Programme
