In this immersive, hypnotizing dance film, renowned Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund — who has created music videos for major legends such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Metallica, Lady Gaga, and Paul McCartney — captures Nagelhus Schia Productions’ stunning titular performance. The showcase, which premiered in the Vigeland Museum in Oslo in February 2020 to high demand, consists of brief, visceral interludes performed as a tour through the museum in direct dialogue with Vigeland’s iconic sculptures. It’s an experience like no other.
