Event Details

3 in 10 workers say their workload is too much – are these the ‘squeezed middle’?

Is underutilisation of skills a greater problem than being underequipped?

Are workers motivated by their organisation’s purpose and is Employee Voice more closely related to social support and cohesion than it is to the nature of work?

To find out more about these and other questions relating to Job Design and the nature of work, come along to our CIPD Borders event on 27 February where we will be discussing these elements of the recent CIPD’s Survey Report: UK Working Lives - The CIPD’s Job Quality Index.

Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
