UKAEA Apprenticeship Scheme Open Evening February
Event Information
About this event
The aim of the UKAEA Apprenticeship Scheme is to enable people with different educational achievements and from different backgrounds, to reach agreed standards of skills and competence in the workplace. Since 2005 apprenticeship training at Culham has mainly focussed on engineering, however in recent years it has broadened its apprenticeships on offer to professional support areas.
At our virtual Open Evening you can find out what it’s really like to be an apprentice from some our current apprentices within the different specialisms at UKAEA.
You will be able to go on a virtual tour of the site and see some of the amazing projects that we work on at UKAEA.
Below are some of the apprenticeships on offer:
• Level 6 Engineering Degree
• Level 3 Engineering Technician
• Level 3 Electrician
• Level 3 Technical Business Administrator
• Level 2 Health Physics Monitor
