About the Event
The UK–DRC Business Partnership Mission is a high-level, multi-sector engagement designed to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the United Kingdom and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Organised by: KNG Strategy
In partnership with: British African Business Alliance (BABA)
With participation from: UK Embassy in Kinshasa, the Fonds de Promotion de l’Industrie (FPI), and key Congolese ministries.
This mission brings together government officials, investors, academics, and business leaders to explore strategic partnerships and investment opportunities and to move from conversations to deals.
This mission aims to:
- Foster trade partnerships across key sectors and industries
- Support industrial development in the DRC with collaboration from advanced British industries
- Promote mutually beneficial commercial partnerships between private enterprises in both countries
- Showcase the DRC’s industrialisation strategy and priority investment opportunities
- Promote sustainable commercial and academic partnerships between British and Congolese institutions
- Facilitate dialogue between policymakers, investors, and private-sector actors
- Strengthen institutional cooperation with UK-based financial and economic entities
- Highlight strategic opportunities in mining: responsible sourcing, value-chain development, and industrial transformation
