Who can attend the AGM?

The AGM is open to all current Ukie members. Each member organisation is entitled to send representatives to attend.

Can I vote in the Board election?

Only Full Ukie members, fee-paying Partner, and Academic members are eligible to vote in the Board elections. Voting is available to the nominated primary contact for each eligible organisation via an independent election provider Civica.

Ukie is pleased to invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting, taking place on Wednesday 1st October, 5th Floor, Dock Shed, 5 Deal Porters Way, London, SE16 2AJ.

Join us from 10:00am for a day of reflection, celebration and forward-looking discussion, as we review the past year and share updates on our Supercharged strategy for the year ahead.

The AGM is also a valuable opportunity to connect with peers from across the UK games industry and hear first-hand from the Ukie team and Board.

We’ll also be announcing the result of this year’s Ukie Board election and welcoming the newly elected Board members.
