What time should I arrive?

Registration for 15 May will be at 9.00am, a welcome breakfast will be available. The first session will begin at 9.30am.

Registration for 16 May will be at 10.00am, a welcome breakfast will be available. The first session will begin at 10.30am.

Will food be provided?

Breakfast and lunch is provided as well as refreshments during breaks. Please notify us of any dietary requirements on your registration form.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

The Royal Society is fully accessible. There is a wheelchair lift at the main entrance of the building and two lifts within the building to access the other floors. There are accessible toilet facilities behind reception. Please notify us of any access requirements when registering.

Is there a chance for networking?

In addition to the coffee and lunch breaks, there will be an evening reception following the conference, this will finish at 8.00pm. As there is limited capacity at the venue you are required to reserve your place for the reception when registering.

Can I attend online instead?

The conference on15 May is a hybrid event, if you wish to  join online please select this ticket type on the registration page. There will be no online option for 16 May.

Question 6

Will the sessions be translated?

There will be simultaneous translation from Ukrainian to English and English to Ukrainian for the conference on May 15.
