Welcome to the UK Spa Association Summer Networking Event 2025!

We are delighted to announce our Summer Networking Event at Center Parcs Woburn Forest, Bedfordshire. In the heart of the forest with the iconic lake as it's backdrop, this Bedfordshire venue offers a truly unique setting. Just an hour from London and in close proximity to the M1, Woburn Forest is one of Center Parcs newest and most modern villages, set in over 400 acres of stunning forest. We cannot wait to welcome you to this beautiful venue.

Getting There - Center Parcs Woburn Forest

By Car - The address is: Woburn Forest, Bedford, MK45 2HZ. Please tell security you are here for the UKSA event and they will direct you to the events parking area.

By Train - Just a 50 min train journey from Central London. By following links on the Center Parcs Website (under How to get to Center Parcs, Woburn Forest) you will be able to book 10% off your journey and full details of a complimentary guest shuttle service direct to Center Parcs from the nearby Flitwick Train Station is all on the website.

By Plane - The nearest Airport is Luton.

Overnight Accomodation

As it is peak holiday season and we do not wish to take the place of families staying in the Center Parcs lodges, we have sourced a hotel a short 25 min drive from Woburn for anyone who is travelling and wishes to stay over on the evening before the event, Tuesday 29th July.

The Bedford Swan Hotel is kindly holding 25 rooms for us on a first come, first served basis and at a special rate of £110 (single occupancy) on a Bed & Breakfast rate. Complimentary on-site car park.

Hotel Parking can be accessed by The Embankment, just past the river side of the hotel. Please ensure you register your car details and number plate with hotel reception, as the car park is managed by a separate company.

If the hotel car park is full, parking can be found at various areas around the Town Centre. Please do not park on the grass verge near the hotel as you may be fined.

Evening Drinks Reception Center Parcs, Woburn Forest (Location within the Village TBC) Tuesday 29th July, 6pm - 8pm

Our program begins, for those who can make it, on the evening of Tuesday 29th July for a private Drinks Reception from 6pm - 8pm.

Dinner Arrangements -

For those staying overnight at The Bedford Swan, dinner may be booked in their Brasserie. Pre-booking is recommended.

The Main Event - Wednesday 30th July

We look forward to welcoming you from 9.30am for Registration & coffee before a prompt start at 10am.

Kicking off our program with a fantastic Key Note speaker (watch our socials for further details) the day will include speaker sessions, plenty of networking time, supplier stands and a delicious lunch. At approx 4pm we will bid you goodbye with a goody bag containing items from our wonderful event sponsors.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Due to previous confusion regarding bookings, we are adding some T&C's. Please read these carefully BEFORE making your purchase of event tickets.

By purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to these terms stated below.

Event Terms & Conditions

1) To book FREE tickets for this event through eventbrite, you must be a UKSA Member. If you are not a member but wish to attend our event please purchase a Non-Member Ticket. N.B. You may only attend our events as a Non-Member once.

2) Each member may book the number of tickets allocated by their membership type:

Operator 2 tickets

Supplier 2 tickets

Consultant 1 ticket

Individual 1 ticket

Educator 1 ticket

3) Who you invite on your ticket, is up to you but due to ticket demand we regret we cannot allow you any additional tickets on top of this amount.

4) Sponsors - you and your team are required to book a ticket per person. Unfortunately we are unable to allocate additional tickets to those already included in your membership allocation, even if you are a sponsor.

5) Please use your company/ work email when making your reservation, otherwise we cannot always tell who you are and may cancel your booking.

6) Please book each ticket under the name of the guest, who it is for. If there are multiple bookings under the same name, we reserve the right to cancel these.

7) If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we kindly request that you email us at: manager@spa-uk.org to let us know, so we can invite someone off the waiting list.

8) As this is a Networking event, we reserve the right to share your contact details with other attendees, in order for networking to take place.

9) We will never sell or provide your contact details to any company who is not an event attendee or UKSA Member.
