Will the event go ahead in bad weather?

Yes! The event takes place in premium indoor venues with climate control, so weather will not affect the event.

Can I meet the players?

VIP and Corporate package holders have exclusive meet & greet opportunities. General admission guests can participate in autograph sessions (subject to player availability).

Is there disabled access?

Yes, our venues are fully accessible with disabled parking, lift access, and accessible viewing areas. Please contact us when booking for specific requirements.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds available until 2 weeks before the event date. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued even if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Tickets are transferable at any time, please contact info@courtsyde.co.uk for ticket transfer requests.

Select matches will be broadcast live on our social channels. VIP guests receive access to exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
