A Celtic Approach to Yoga: Engaging with Our Roots

The Celtic approach to yoga accesses the source power of vitality and re-connection through rooting yoga tantra in Celtic spiritual traditions. Seasonal pranayama, delicious rhythmic movement, mudra, mantra, prana vidya, sound work, Total Yoga Nidra, stories and time for reflection and questions.

All practices shared in this session are described in detail in Uma’s books The Celtic School of Yoga and Yoni Shakti.
