UMA Horizon will be bringing you fresh new artists every month, live from the intimate backdrop of one of London’s most iconic venues, The Hospital Club in Covent Garden.

Lineup:

This July, it’s an all-girl lineup for the Unsigned Music Awards themed night of Best Female Solo Act. Two of the performers were nominated at the Awards last year, with two of the acts brand new on the UMA Horizon.

RAHH is a singer, songwriter and pianist from Manchester, whose main music combines a powerful, emotive raw voice with touches of electronica and ingrained influence of sixties soul.

Recently she has been turning the heads of Music royalty such as Ken Caillat, (producer for Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours") and Dave Stewart, (Eurythmics), which has lead her to LA to write and record. After joining Dave on tour, recording sessions in Nashville and filming a special for ARTETV Berlin, Dave is now producing her debut album. All tracks have been written or co-written by RAHH herself and this exciting collection of songs has a unique production approach leaving space for her remarkable vocals to shine through.

BBC introducing is currently championing her track 'Overkill', "Really really wonderful first play.""Literally haven't stopped listening since I heard it on uploader."

Anna’s brand new EP ‘Sweet Charity,’ was released on March 20th, 2017 with her London launch at The Victoria in Dalston, followed by a UK tour.

All of Anna’s releases have now charted in the top ten of the iTunes singer songwriter charts and sold out all three of her London headline shows at Servant Jazz Quarters, St Pancras Old Church and St Leonards Church.

Recently off tour in Europe supporting Jake Isaac, Anna just completed her first US tour playing NYC, Nashville and LA also performing live in CBS LA TV.

Influenced by the likes of Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley and Carol King. Anna’s haunting, deep and mature vocals alongside her thought provoking and raw music promise to leave audiences as someone to remember.


July Jones

A captivating soul-pop inspired artist, July Jones describes her style of music as modern soul, which in her vision means soul combined with electronic/pop. Born in Ljubljana and finishing high school in the USA, July was influenced by two different parts of the world and its music. She was classically trained from the age of six and participated in gospel choirs while studying in the United States. July has been working with numerous producers as a writer and featured vocalist, one of which aired on BBC Radio 1 in February 2017.

Rothwell is a young British singer-songwriter from Bristol ready to make her mark on the music world with her sultry and rich voice. Following her debut EP release last year, which was awarded ‘Best Record’ at The Unsigned Music Awards, her new single Love Any Longer will be available on all platforms from Friday 5th May. In 2016 Rothwell supported Paul Simon on his European tour and Justin Bieber on his UK Arena Tour. Rothwell wrote & features on Metriks (Hospital Records) single We Got It.
