As part of our ongoing quest to bring Umbraco to the masses and help you improve your Umbraco knowledge, we're planning an Umbraco Belle workshop on 6th September 2013 down in that there London.
Learn from the master
To help us on our merry way, we'll be graced with the presence of Sir Per Ploug Hansen, the main driving force behind the Umbraco Belle development program.
He'll be flying in especially to take us through the concepts and decisions behind Umbraco Belle and potentially how it is going to be integrated into the Umbraco backoffice.
So whats the plan?
The structure for the day is yet to be decided, but we're going to try and make is as educational as possible.
What we do know though is that it will be a mixture of talks and and hands-on workshops to help you get to grips with Umbraco Belle and the AngularJS framework.
But why stop there...there's more!
More I hear you ask! How can you possibly give us any more than that...well here's how!
We'll have a session from Peter Bacon Darwin. Pete is a notable figure in the AngularJS community. He is regularly found answering questions on the mailing list, he is a contributor to the AngularJS project and is a founder member of the AngularUI project. He is one of only two community members who have been given commit rights to the core GitHub project and is currently writing a book on AngularJS.
So what are you waiting for!!
We're expecting the event to be fairly technical so bring a laptop and your enthusiasm to learn and hopefully it will be a great day for all involved!
I look forward to seeing you there...and yes we will have unlmited coffee before you ask!!
NOTE: This is a not-for-profit event and the ticket fee is entirely going towards the cost of the venue and refreshments etc. Any cash left over will go behind the bar if anyone fancies a refreshing bevoir afterwards... :)
The deadline for refunds is 14 days prior to the start of the event.
