Conscious Connected Breathwork Session
Come and breathe with me.
This is a chance to take a proper pause, drop the mask, and reconnect to yourself, your breath, and whatever’s bubbling under the surface.
We’ll be using Conscious Connected Breathwork to shift out of the thinking mind and into something deeper a space where clarity, release, and emotional healing can happen.
We’ll set some intentions, breathe together, and take time to land and share at the end no pressure, just real connection.
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable...life happens, I get it, but space is limited and these spots matter.
If you've been feeling stuck in life, overwhelmed, you want a deeper connection with yourself and your body, you want to explore the depths of your subconscious to access parts of yourself your thinking mind can't access, OR if you're just curious about what breathwork can do for you, then this is for you!
*Must be over 18 yrs old to attend.
Important Information for class:
We have Yoga mats to lie on but feel free to bring your own.
I would advise against eating 2 hours before session
Dress in comfortable layered clothing
We have blankets but most people prefer to bring their own and a small cushion
NO LATE ENTRY. We start and end on time
Doors open at 8:45am session starts promptly at 9.00am

Cautions
Breathwork is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent surgery or people dealing with severe mental illness.
Also it is not appropriate for anyone who suffers from seizures or using major medications, has a family history of aneurysms.
If you are pregnant please consult your GP first.
If you have asthma please bring your inhaler, I have asthma and practice often.
