Description

During this participative event, Alison Bennett and Sarah Crayford-Brown (co-founders of ‘Conflict Masters’) will explore how unconscious bias influences attitudes and behaviours, as well as how it shapes decision-making processes in a wide variety of contexts within the working environment.

This event is designed for staff working within the Diocese of Bristol Support Services..

Thought the use of actors and audience participation, those present will examine the issues associated with Unconscious Bias in a safe learning environment.

As a result of attending this event you will:

  • Recognise and analyse examples of unconscious bias
  • Appreciate the impact unconscious bias can have within the working environments and on group working
  • Be aware of how to deal with such situations and create/maintain inclusive Organisation

As a lawyer, mediator and coach Sarah combines skills with Alison, a HR professional and executive coach such that they offer a wealth of expertise together with many years of practical experience.
