YOGA & WELLBEING DAY
A wonderful opportunity to dig deep and harness your inner strengths in time for the busy winter months ahead.
The day will include: yoga for all, aimed specifically at strengthening and release, through movement and breathing techniques; Linda's restorative mini-massages, a special guest workshop with Feldenkrais tutor, Joy Morris, and a nourishing home-cooked, vegetarian lunch with delicious cakes to round off the day,
