Event description

Description

Uncovered Voices is a project based in Glasgow, Scotland, which aims to promote the writing of sexual and domestic abuse survivors. Starting in September 2017, we’ll be running a series of creative writing workshops at the Mitchell Library in Glasgow, where sexual and domestic abuse survivors can workshop their writing ideas and receive guidance from professional authors. To deliver these workshops in a safe space, we’re partnering with Rape Crisis and Glasgow Women’s Aid, to ensure that participants will have support during the workshops.

Please note: This event is only for women who are survivors of domestic or sexual abuse.

There are five workshops taking place every Thursday, 17:00 - 19:30 at the Mitchell Library. Attending several workshops is recommended but not required. We'd love to get to know you and your writing :)
