Why work with the moon?

On a more simplistic thought it brings more awareness to your being, more connection to our world + nature.

Becoming aware of natures rhythms we can observe and witness how the same ebb and flow shows up in our own lives.

Working with the moon gives you permission and time to reflect on your purpose and the direction of life you are currently heading.

What needs prioritising?

Working with the moon provides you with space (in a safe environment) to raise your vibration, to release and to empower your life.

We all need times of high activity/growth and times of rest and reflection for me this is what moon work offers.

An extra bonus if you have a menstrual cycle or not if can help you become more attuned to the changes within.

Anyone who identifies as a woman, if you have a vulva, or you are non binary all are welcome to this ritual.

This is what happened for me when I didn’t have a cycle it helped me connect to feminine energy to create my own cycle.

The moon reflects our sacred feminine cycle and is reflective of our deep inner truth - our instinct, gut intuition and bodily sense of what feels good to us.

When connecting to the moon we have a natural energetic rhythm which is made of ebb and flow.

This ceremony is to help you nurture this deep part of yourself, and to come into harmony with nature by aligning with our body’s wisdom.

This Gemini new moon asks you to speak and write from your truth and from your heart. This air energy is all about how we communicate with ourselves, others and the universe.

What you say, how you say it matters, it can heal or it can harm.

This is the perfect new moon for connecting to your social circle, finding your soul tribe, the people who lift you up, give you all the feels and enjoy life. The people who we surround ourselves with is vital for our own energy and growth.

When the moon is dark, we can ignite the light within.

The New Moon is a time to go inward, for contemplation and stillness. This ceremony is for you if you need space, clarity and time to just ‘be’ with yourself.

The moon magic at this time is all about planting the seeds of manifestation.

✨ We will connect to the moon's energy and envoke her into space.

✨ Share some beautiful Pranayama (breathwork).

✨ Meditation to raise your vibrational state ready for manifesting.

✨ Ritual to close, we will finish in true ritual style by releasing these intentions/moon wishes out to the universe.
