About this Event

REaD Rhymes Live presented by Richard Downes; socially engaged activist poet spreads social model messages full of personal and collective experiences

A Disability Arts Online ‘Contested Space’ Performance for the International Day of Disabled People

Colin Hambrook: goes on another absurd fools’ errand for that elusive vein of gold at the end of time

Clare Glynn Chitan: whose heart soars as a creative being asking herself, could I be a poet, a writer. Writing makes her walk tall, be proud to own her work and call it work .

Wendy Young: who cut her teeth at Survivors Poetry; performed in many festivals, events, London wide and beyond. Describes her work as ‘Misery with Oomph’. Her writing and performance poetry are as nectar that feeds her body and soul.

Come early to sign up for a floorspot with the Open Mic.
