How do I join the session?

You will receive a link to join the session on your booking confirmation email.  You will also receive a reminder email approximately 1 week before the session providing the link.

Can I still join the session if I am late?

Accepted Answer

No, you will only be allowed to join up to 10 minutes past the start time to minimise distruptions.

Question 3

I am working from home and have children present, can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

No, the content of the session is of a sensitive nature as is not suitable for children.  During the sessions we encourage open discussions regarding domestic abuse.

Question 4

Do I need use of my camera and audio?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we request cameras are turned on throughout the session so we can ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone.  We also encourage participation in open discussion and group activities.

Question 5

I can no longer attend the date I have booked, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you cancel your booking through Eventbrite so that someone else has the opportunity to attend

Will I receive a Certificate of attendance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as this training is CPD Accredited, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
