Understanding and Managing Personal Stress

Stress can affect anyone but all too often we don’t recognise the signs and symptoms; or if we do, we try to carry on.

Regardless of whether you’re a staff member, service user or a carer/family member supporting others, this can lead to overwhelm and an inability to cope.

Prevention is better than cure and this course will equip you with 5 ways to manage personal stress.

Understanding and Managing Personal stress can offer you hope of gaining more control over your daily life, helping you to get back on a more even keel, and maintain a better balance.

Join us and start to develop your own ‘toolbox’ of coping strategies for stress reduction.

Please note this course was previously titled Thrive with 5... Ways to Wellbeing. If you have previously attended the Thrive with 5 course then the content will be the same
