Understanding and Managing Study and Exam Stress

This event is for young people aged 14-24, please do not book if you are not in this age group.
The Nook from SAMH provides barrier-free access to mental health support, with no need to book an appointment, no need for referrals, and no waiting lists. Anyone looking for support can walk through the door and get help fast.
Delivered by the Scottish Action for Mental Health's Children and Young People team.
This workshop is for young people who are preparing for study and exams).
It encourages young people to consider why they experience worry and stress around exams, and how to spot the signs of stress and anxiety.
Young people are introduced to coping strategies, breathing exercises and grounding techniques. They will also develop an individual wellbeing plan, to support their wellbeing during these times.
